Bombay Bistro consists of a diverse mixture of flavors, tastes, and aromas that reflect a variety of cultures in Southeast Asia. The inspiration for Bombay Bistro itself, however, comes from the city of Bombay. Also called Mumbai, the cosmopolitan city unites the flavors of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Karnataka, and many others. The spices and cooking styles of one regions merges into another to create a delicious medley that encompasses all of Southeast Asia.
